I think I’ve got a very long way to go, it doesn’t feel comfortable to be in this position just yet, and I really find it difficult to know which part of my body needs to move, flex or stretch in order to hold the pose correctly. This is my first attempt at this pose. I was always really apprehensive to give yoga a go, but really feel like it will help me, and I have my queen to give me a helping hand. #yoga #stretching #fitness #health #pose

7 years ago today I walked to Jakhoo temple in Shimla, India. I think it took less than half an hour, the run back down certainly did!
